- The free plan holds one course only, and takes 0% on sales, which is rare.
- You need day-one automation without paying. MailerLite allows it on its free plan.
- You want a bigger free allowance. Kit gives 10,000.

- Course platforms
- It does not connect to Teachable, Kajabi, Podia or Thinkific. It is sold as a replacement for them, and publishes migration guides for moving off Kajabi and Podia. Source
- Moving your list in
- Free done-for-you migration, but only on the Unlimited or an annual plan. They say it takes 17 days on average and covers contacts, funnels, courses and automations. Source
- What else it costs
- No transaction fees on sales through Stripe or PayPal, which is unusual. Contacts over your plan limit are archived rather than deleted if you downgrade, but you cannot reach them until you upgrade again. Source
- Getting your list back out
- You can export contacts to CSV yourself at any time. We could not find their cancellation terms at the usual addresses, so treat the rest as unchecked. Source

- Yes. Systeme.io's free plan covers 2,000 subscribers and unlimited emails. We read this off their pricing page on 5 September 2026.
- Can Systeme.io send an automated welcome sequence on the free plan?
- We do not know. Their pricing page does not state it and we have not confirmed it by hand. We would rather say that than guess, so treat it as unconfirmed until we have tested it ourselves.
- What does Systeme.io cost once the free plan runs out?
- The entry paid plan is Startup at $17/mo, 5,000 contacts. Prices on every platform here move with list size, so treat that as the floor rather than the bill.
