- Your list is at or under 2,500 and you want to start free.

- No transaction fee on sales, and no charge for unsubscribed contacts. Each subscriber tier carries its own monthly send cap. Source

- The friendliest exit terms of the nine. Cancelling drops you to the free plan instead of deleting anything: their help page says subscribers, campaigns, automations, forms and reports are all retained. Source

- Yes. Sender's free plan covers 2,500 subscribers and 15,000 emails/mo. We read this off their pricing page on 5 September 2026.
- Can Sender send an automated welcome sequence on the free plan?
- Yes. Email automation is listed on the free plan. That matters more than it sounds: most free plans let you broadcast but will not automate, so a new subscriber gets nothing until you sit down and write to them.
- What does Sender cost once the free plan runs out?
- The entry paid plan is Standard at $7/mo, up to 1,000 subscribers. Prices on every platform here move with list size, so treat that as the floor rather than the bill.
